This large multinational consumer goods corporation wanted to implement targeted merchandizing for different products across different categories.

We successfully implemented a state-of-the-art stocking program leveraging SmartProject© and SmartAIX© technologies. Our innovative approach combines big data analytics and AI-powered image recognition to create a robust dashboard that empowers us to make data-driven decisions.

Initial Focus: We zeroed in on 5,000 stores facing the most significant stocking challenges, including frequent out-of-stock incidents.

Scaling Up: Over the year, we expanded our targeted approach to 7,500 stores and honed in on the top 200 items to ensure better stock availability.

Outcome: 

There has been a 5% increase in weekly unit movement in less than one year. The weekly unit sales went up to 7M for 10 out of 12 weeks.
