We also designed scorecard and optimization algorithms to drive visibility and provide actionable insights by distributor, broker, and location. We also implemented an ongoing audit-and-fix program to resolve non-compliance completely. Our technology also sends out monthly performance reports directly to brokers and distributors.
Results
Our solution increases comparable sales by 28.5% and unit compliance by 19.7% within the target category leading to reduced broker and distributor payout for execution.
