Improving Comparable Sales for a Leading Air Filtration Supplier

This client had a hybrid route to market direct store delivery and warehouse delivery model. However, they had poor visibility of the execution, owing to which the retailer faced issues with unapproved invoices, leading to flat comparable sales.

Solution
We implemented SmartProject© to manage scheduling, compliance, orders, and merchandising. The technology also provided replenishment via a variable point of sale-based frequency plan. Additionally, we also implemented customized order management and order optimization to help improve visibility in the long term. 

Results
We improved comparable sales by 15% since SmartProject© implementation led to improved out-of-stock and on-shelf availability. The technology also improved visibility and speed-to-correction.
