This large retailer was performing large-scale remodels of multiple stores. With multiple providers and several overnight sets, they lacked visibility of the project execution. They required a single platform to capture completion or provide phase plans to the personnel working on the floor.
Our Solution:
We implemented SmartProject© for this client and helped set up unique login for all providers. We implemented project and phase level login and developed a reporting plan against each phase plan. We also developed overall KPIs and scorecards to effectively manage multiple project execution.
Results:
The client witnessed savings in the labor of $1M and savings in the equipment of $750,000. Our technological intervention also earned the distinction of being the first on-time completion of the largest remodel in the retailer's history.
